She lived experience as an immigrant put her in a unique position to appreciate life in Canada as one of the biggest blessings. In 2015, Dela joined WW Canada as a wellness coach, where she still teaches, inspires, motivates members to develop healthy habits and mindset. Dela is also a Fitness Kickboxing instructor and promotes active living.In 2017, through a family crisis, Dela discovered her passion for change of attitude, recovery and wellness. Through her volunteer work at the Canadian Mental health Association, she helps caregivers get informed, get help and find hope in their journey of coping with mental illness. She considers herself an advocate for Mental Health.On October 15th of 2019, Dela realized her dream of starring in her Talk Show, Dela’s Voice, where she introduces other people’s superpower to impact the world positively.
